All of our pieces are one of a kind pieces with selective releases, therefore, we do not accept returns. With that said, if you are experiencing any issues related to your order please give us the opportunity to make it right by contacting us at Wildfernclayworks@gmail.com or Direct Message us on either social media accounts.

I do not currently accept custom orders. Due to the unpredictable nature of ceramics & my limited small batch stock release schedule I cannot accommodate commission pieces at this time. 

I calculate shipping based on USPS priority estimations which is determined by your location, package size & weight. If you choose to pick-up your order be sure to select this as an option at check out & shipping will be removed. I will reach out to you for pick-up instructions after your order is placed.
