Shipping policy

We use USPS generated shipping rates based on size and weight of package. Because pottery is so fragile extra care and packing are necessary to ensure it arrives safely.

If an item breaks on its way to you, hopefully it won't but accidents happen, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it so that we are able to file a claim. We will either refund you or replace the piece.
